| 摘 要： | 农民思想观念现代化是农村实现全面小康社会特别重要的非经济动力因素,建设现代村庄是培育农民现代化思想观念最重要的途径。在进行现代村庄建设的同时,要加强对农民的思想道德教育,统筹发展农村基础教育、职业教育、继续教育,开展农村社区教育。

| Abstract: | The modernization of the thinking modes of farmers is an specially important dynamic factor for the complete realization of a well-to-do life in the countryside, and constructing modern villages is one of the important fundamental means of cultivating farmer's modern thinking modes. While implementing the construction of modern villages, we should, at the same time, take measure to enforce and guarantee the moral and political education, the fundamental education, the occupational education, continuing education and the country community education in the countryside. |
