硫酸锰溶液多效蒸发新工艺研究

摘    要:采用多效蒸发方法,对硫酸锰溶液的预浓缩工艺进行了研究。实验通过考察进料浓度,蒸发温度,一效、二效蒸发真空度对蒸发水量的影响。结果表明,进料的浓度越低,蒸发效率越高,蒸发的温度越高,蒸发效率越高,强制搅拌越大,蒸发效果越好,降低一效、二效的蒸发真空度,可有效抑制结晶的析出,减少结垢对蒸发效率的影响。该工艺对开发节能降耗生产硫酸锰的新工艺都具有重要的指导意义。

Study on preconcentration of manganese sulphate by multiple-effect evaporation
Abstract:In process of multiple-effect evaporation, the effects of feed mass concentration, operating temperature, vacuum of first and second effect of manganese sulfate evaporator were studied. Results show that when feed mass concentration was increased, the evaporation effect has been decreased; while increased the operation temperature, more water has been evaporated, and scale formation has been constrained while the vacuum degree were reduced. Method of multiple-effect evaporation could save 2.15 t stream when 1 t MnSO4.H2O was produced. This process has great important directive significance in the comprehensive in developing new energy saving technology for the production of manganese sulfate.
