| 摘 要： | 改革开放30年来，高校党风廉政建设在队伍建设、权力监督、惩防体系建设上取得了伟大的成就，它保证了我国高等教育事业的持续快速健康发展，为多出人才、出好人才起到了保驾护航的作用。但仍然存在不少问题。需要从提高认识、把反腐倡廉建设与高等教育各项业务工作相结合、加强思想道德建设与加强制度建设相结合等方面进一步加强。

| Abstract: | For 30 years of reforms and opening - up, the conduct and ethical governance construction of universities have achieved great achievement in team construction, authority supervision, and punishing system construction. It guaranteed the fast and healthy development of higher education in China, and the cultivation of talents. However, many problems still exist. We must enhance our understanding, unify the corruption combat with the higher education and strengthen the moral and system construction. |
