摘    要:鉴于对酒店管理专业的人才培养需求,需要对《食品营养与卫生》课程的教学内容、教学方法和教学手段进行一系列教学探索,这也为该课程的改革和建设提供了有价值的借鉴。

Abstract:In order to provide some valuable reference for the course reform and development, a series of attempts and exploration on the course "Food Nutrition and Health Hygiene" were carried out in terms of teaching content, teaching methods and means to meet the hotel management professional personnel training needs.
