| 摘 要： | 目前我国少数民族地区总体教育水平相对落后，各类人才总量不多、水平不高。加入WTO对少数民族人才培养提出了更高的要求。少数民族地区人才培养的现念要更新，要进一步明确人才培养的层次与目标，建立多层次的人才培养网络，并加大中央财政对少数民族地区人才培育的投入。

| Abstract: | At present, the overall education of ethnic minority regions in our country is relatively backward with limited numbers and low qualities of various talented people. China's entry to the WTO has put forward higher demands for talents training in ethnic minority regions. In ethnic minority regions, as far as the training of talents is concerned, the conception should be renovated; the levels and objectives should be made clear; various networks should be set up and the Central Government should enlarge investment for it. |
