| Abstract: | As the main resources and organizers of Bilingual Education,bilingual teachers play a key role in the accomplishment of the Bilingual Education in Xinjiang.Based on the study of the training mode of the bilingual teachers home and abroad,this paper intends to find a better training mode of the ethnic bilingual teachers in Xinjiang through the analysis of its present situation,characteristics,the potential problems and its development. |
