| 摘 要： | 运用于人力资本理论,深入研究了市场经济下我国专业运动员人力资本投资问题。研究认为:以运动员专项竞技能力为核心的劳动能力是形成运动员人力资本的自然基础和根源,各投资主体多年坚持不断的投资是其形成的外在条件。我国专业运动员人力资本投资要素主要有教育投资、训练投资、比赛投资和情感投资,其中训练投资是核心,投资的基本主体包括国家、企事业单位、社会团体以及运动员家庭和个人。
