| 摘 要： | 学校各方面的工作与思想政治工作的关系十分密切，要做好学校的思想政治工作，仅仅是高屋建瓴式地强调重视是不够的，必须对学校的各方面工作进行有效的调适和完善，为思想政治工作的展开打好基础。基础工作做好了，学校思想政治工作也就有所依托，取得事半功倍的效果。

| Abstract: | This paper aims at clearing off the relationship between the schoolwork of every part and ideology and politics. Based on the relevant discussion, the author puts forward the following points of view: The schoolwork of every part not only needs the instruction of the ideological and political work, but also is the foundation and embodiment of doing the ideological and political work of a school well. As long as the basic work is done well, we can get twice the result with half the effort. |
