| 摘 要： | 证据意识是人们在面对纠纷或处理争议时自觉收取、保存、运用证据的心理觉悟.目前我国正处于从熟人社会向陌生人社会过渡中,证据意识也不例外的也处于从熟人社会向陌生人社会的发展过程中.本文从一般公民的证据意识出发进行论述.基于对现行三大诉讼法对证据的相关规定和证据意识现状,本文从历史和现实两个方面分析影响证据意识的因素,并对增强证据意识提出了四个方面的建议.

| Abstract: | Evidence consciousness is that people collect,keep,use the Psychological awareness of the evidence consciously when or deal with the dispute in the face of the dispute.Our country is in carrying out the transition from acquaintance's society to stranger's society at present,what evidence consciousness is not arranged outside either is among the evolution of stranger's society too.This text proceeds from the general citizen's evidence consciousness and describes.On the basis of the relevant regulations and evidence consciousness current situations to the evidence of correctly current three major laws of legal procedure,analyze the factor influencing evidence consciousness in two respects from the history and reality of this text,and to strengthening the suggestion of proposing four respects of evidence consciousness. |
