| 摘 要： | 产业融合就是不同产业或同一产业内的不同行业在技术与制度创新的基础上相互交叉、相互渗透，逐渐融为一体，形成新型产业形态的动态发展过程。产业融合塑造了有竞争力的产业结构，实现了产业价值链的融合，促进了市场结构的合理化，并引发了一次新的企业购并浪潮。产业竞争力是多种因素综合作用的结果，是联系企业竞争力与国家竞争力的纽带。产业融合与产业竞争力之间存在着内在的动态一致性，已成为提升产业竞争力的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Industry amalgamation is a dynamic development process of forming new industries, in which different industries or different trades in an industry gradually merge into an integrate whole by means of intercrossing and interpenetrating on the basis of technical and institutional innovation. The industry amalgamation creates a competitive industrial structure, fuses the industrial value chains, promotes the reasonability of the market structure, and triggers a new climax of enterprise merger and acquisitions. The competitiveness of industries comes from different comprehensive factors and it is the ligament between the competitiveness of enterprises and the competitiveness of the nation. There is an interior dynamic coherence between industry amalgamation and competitiveness, and the amalgamation of industries has become one of the important factors for enhancing the competitiveness of industries. |
