战略人力资源管理的发展与优势

摘    要:本文介绍了人力资源管理从传统型向战略型转变的四个阶段:劳动管理阶段、人际关系阶段、组织行为科学阶段以及战略人力资源管理阶段。通过分析每个阶段的不同的特点来呈现人力资源管理的发展历程。并通过对战略人力资源管理的发展得到以下结论:1)战略人力资源管理有其历史必然性,这个转移的过程是从微观到宏观、从个体到群体,逐步催生了战略人力资源管理。2)战略人力资源管理本身的优势,有助于组织绩效的提升,保证了组织战略的实现。

Development and Advantages of Strategic Human Resource Management

Abstract:This paper introduces the four stages of human resource management transforming from traditional type to strategic type: labor management stage, interpersonal relationship stage, organizational behavior science stage, and strategic human resource management stage. Through analyzing the different characteristics of each stage, this paper presents the development process of human resource management. Through the development of strategic human resource management, it comes to the following conclusions: 1)Strategic human resource management has its historical inevitability, and the process of transfer is from microscopic to macroscopic, from individual to group, gradually promoting the formation of strategic human resource management. 2)The advantages of strategic human resource management are conducive to the improvement of organization performance and ensure the realization of organization strategies.
