| 摘 要： | 有怎样的编辑，就有怎样的期刊。就是说，期刊编辑水平的高低，决定期刊质量的高低，只有高质量的期刊编辑队伍，才能有高质量的期刊。这就要求我们每一个期刊编辑人员，除了要有较好的身体素质外，还要有好的政治素质、道德素质和化素质。
