| 摘 要： | 高校在实施科教兴国和人才强国战略中担负着特殊的使命,近几年来,随着社会经济和高等教育的发展,高校迎来了新的挑战和机遇.人才队伍状况是高校进一步发展的决定性力量并在高等教育发展中的地位和作用日益显得突出,其建设不仅是一个实践操作问题,而且也是一个观念层次上的理论问题.文章就当前高校人才队伍建设的重要性和具体措施进行了初步探讨,对高校更有效地引进人才、培养人才、管理人才、稳定人才具有一定的参考价值.
