| 摘 要： | 大师是学校的宝贵财富 ,是稀有的教育资源。大师不但在科学研究、学科建设上有着举足轻重的地位 ;对于学生思想政治工作同样具有独特的作用。高校学生思想政治工作必须树立“大政工”意识 ,采取有效措施 ,发挥大师在思想政治工作中的作用 ,增强思想政治工作的影响力、穿透力和控制力。

| Abstract: | Masters are valuable wealth of the school, and scarce education resources. Masters, not only are very important status in scientific research and discipline construction, but also have unique function on students ideological and political work. In ideological and political work of university students, we must establish "everyone's political and ideological work"consciousness, take the effective measures, make masters play roles in ideological and political work, and strengthen the influence power, piece through strength and control of the ideological and political work. |
