摘    要:基于近年来轨道交通工程建设风险高、安全事故层出不穷的特点,进行了轨道交通安全风险管理与远程监控系统的设计与开发工作。通过对国内外轨道交通建设工程现状的调研,得出了轨道交通安全风险管理与远程监控的基本方法。通过大量的测试与分析,开发出了集数据采集、汇总分析、预测报警、流程管理、应急指挥于一体的轨道交通安全风险管理与远程监控系统。最后通过宁波轨道交通工程项目实际运行,得出结论:本系统符合轨道交通工程建设的实际要求,能够提高轨道交通工程施工的安全状况,有效降低和消除安全风险。

Abstract:TThe rail safety risk management and remote monitoring system design and development work,are carried out based on the characteristics of high-risk and emerging security incidents in construction of rail transit recent years.By researching the status of the construction in domestic and international rail traffic,the basic method of rail safety risk management and remote monitoring is proposed.The rail safety risk management and remote monitoring system,set of date collection,summary analysis,forecasting alarm,process management,emergency command in one,is developed through extensive testing and analysis.Finally,through the actual operation in NingBo rail projects,conclude that: The system meet the practical requirements in construction of rail transit,could improve rail safety conditions of construction,reduce and eliminate security risks.
