| 摘 要： | 陆游养气说在深受儒家思想影响的同时，又借鉴了道家养气观念，在承继前人基础上有新的创获，由对道德品行的要求扩展到文学批评尤其是诗学批评领域，由文“以气为主”拓展为诗“以气为主”，由治心养气的诗学主张延伸出“悲健”的美学风格，突破了传统养气论的诗文界限，在中国诗学史上有着重要意义。

| Abstract: | Lu Yours theory of ＂Cultivating Qi＂ had been deeply influenced by Confucianism. At the same time, it made use of the theory of the ＂Cultivating Qi＂ of Taoist School for reference. Lu You extended the theory of ＂Cultivating Qi＂ from personal quality to literature criticism, especially to poetic criticism. He extended the application of his theory from prose to poem. He developed the poetry of the ＂Cultivating Qi＂ to the poetie style of robust and solemn. In a word, his theory broke down the barriers between the prose and the poem, which was unique in the history of poetic theories. |
