| 摘 要： | "十二五"期间,全球服务业呈现新一轮的快速增长势头,宁波应该抓住这一轮产业转型升级的机遇,促进临港服务业多角度、多领域突破,发挥其在整个产业体系中的引领作用。同时,宁波还应抓住海洋经济发展上升为国家战略的重大契机,采取有力措施,促进临港服务业全面发展。
