关于“《健身气功——八段锦》视频教学”缺失之我见

摘    要:健身气功是中国传统文化的组成部分。健身气功是以自身形体活动、呼吸吐纳、心理调节相结合为主要运动形式的民族传统体育项目。而八段锦是流传最广的健身气功功法之一。文章采用文献资料研究方法,并通过观看《健身气功-八段锦》的视频教学,结合练功体会和教学实践经验,就该功法视频教学之缺失从呼吸吐纳、“调理脾胃须单举”之收势、“攥拳怒目增气力”之叩齿、“背后七颠百病消”之步型、收势之玉液还丹等五个方面进行了分析。

Abstract:Qigong is a part of traditional Chinese culture. Fitness Qigong is their own physical fitness activities, respiratory Tuna, psychological adjustment for the integration of the main forms of traditional ethnic sports. Ba Duan Jin is the most widely spread fitness qigong exercises. The paper, by repeatedly watching the "fitness qigong - Ba Duan Jin" video, combining the teaching, practice and experience, analyzes theshortcomings of the video from the five aspects (that is, breathing Tuna, "To adjust the spleen and stomach by single-raising", "Clinching fists with angry eyes to incresing shtrenth" clenching-teeth, "Getting rid of all illness by seven back trembling" step-type, or the closing move of backing liquid to Dan) and puts forward some points of view.
