| 摘 要： | 构建两阶段动态博弈模型,分析FD I背景下产业集群内的人力流动所产生的知识转移效应及其对集群升级的影响。结论表明:东道国政府采取何种策略最大化人力流动带来的知识溢出效应,从而促使集群升级,不仅与集群自身产业特性、发展水平、技术差异有关,而且还与本土员工的能力素质、学习能力高低密切相关。

| Abstract: | By constructing a two-stage dynamic game model,the paper has analyzed the impact of human flow on the transfer of knowledge and cluster upgrade in an industry cluster by FDI.Final conclusion reveals that what strategy the host government should take to maximize the knowledge spillover effect of human flow and thereby facilitate cluster upgrade,not only related to cluster characteristics,the level of development-related and technology gap,but also closely to the quality of local staff and learning ability. |
