| 摘 要： | 系统科学重视并强调系统内部的结构分化，以及系统整体与环境之间在物质、能量和信息等方面的交流与交换。正是这些关系构成了系统变化、发展与扩张的基础。在生态学与社会学之间存在着大量概念和理论体系上的统一性和相似性，生态学中的群落与社会学中的社区概念相对应，生态群落的结构和社区的结构完全统一。在生态社会学视野中，新农村建设要增加对农村的公共财政投资、改善农业和农村自然生态条件、加强农村基础设施建设、加强农民教育，以及对农村资源的综合输入，作为改善农村环境条件的重要措施，并贯穿在新农村建设的实践中。

| Abstract: | Systematical science emphasizes the structural differentiations in internal systems, and the communication and exchange of material, energy and information between the whole system and the environment. These relations lay the foundations of the systematical change, development and spread. There exist a large number of concepts, unity and similarities of the theoretical systems between ecology and sociology. The concept of the community in ecology is relative to that in sociology. Their structures of the communities are completely unified. In Eco-sociological horizons, the new rural construction needs investing for rural public finance, improving the agricultural and rural ecological condition, strengthening the rural construction of fundamental facilities, enhancing the farmers＂ education, and comprehensively importing the rural resources. Those are the important measures to improve rural environment and permeate through the practice of the new rural construction. |
