| Abstract: | By introducing the four hypothesis theories of human nature, namely, economic people, social people, self-fulfilling people and complicated people, this paper points out that in the university management, features of the profession should be taken into account, way of management should be humanized, and an environment for the fulfillment of the teachers should be provided. |
