| 摘 要： | 随着计算机软件技术的日益普及和提高，企业越来越追求规模效应，使得现代软件项目的规模越来越大，投资越来越高，业务越来越广泛。因此软件开发迫切地需要科学、艺术的项目管理方法。本文介绍了项目管理及软件工程的概念，分析了项目管理与软件工程之间的关系，重点阐述了软件开发中的项目管理方法。

| Abstract: | Along with the computer software technology daily popularization and the enhancement, the enterprise pursues the scale effect more and more which cause the scale of the modem software project become more larger, the investment more higher, the service more widespread. Therefore software development urgent needs science, artistic project management method. This article introduced the project management and the software engineering concept and has analyzed the relation between the project management and the software engineering with emphasis elaborated in the method and tool for software development project management. |
