| 摘 要： | 疾病保险法是国家在社会成员面临疾病风险时为其提供物质帮助,分担其风险,保障其基本生活而制定的法律规范。本文从我国疾病保险立法的基本原则和框架出发,从两方面论述了关于完善我国疾病保险法律规范的构想。一是建立完整的疾病保险制度;二是完善各项基本医疗保险制度。

| Abstract: | Disease insurance law is legislated in order that our country provide material assistance,share their risk,and guarantee their basic living for social members when they face disease risk.According to basic principals and frameworks of disease insurance law,this essay discuss the vision of perfecting laws and regulations of disease insurance in our country from two aspects.Our country should establish complete disease insurance system and perfect all kinds of basic medical insurance system. |
