摘    要:为了筛选得到对玉米茎腐病菌室内抑制活性较高的杀菌剂,采用菌丝生长速率法测定了不同化学杀菌剂对肿囊腐霉菌(Pythium inflatum)和禾谷镰孢菌(Fusarium graminearum)2种致病菌的抑制活性。结果表明,丙森锌、雷多米尔·锰锌、烯酰吗啉和氟吡菌胺4种杀菌剂对肿囊腐霉菌的毒力较高,其EC50。分别为O.40μgZmL、0.47μg/mL、0.61μg/mL和2.64μg/mL;禾谷镰孢菌对咯菌腈、戊唑醇和多菌灵3种杀菌剂的敏感性较高,其EC50分别为0.06μg/,mL、0.32μg/mL和0.85μg/mL,苯醚甲环唑和腈菌唑2种杀菌剂对禾谷镰孢菌的抑制活性稍差,其EC50。分别为1.71μg/mL和1.80μg/mL。上述筛选到的9种药剂对玉米茎腐病菌的室内抑菌活性较高,可以作为供试药剂进行大田药效试验。

Toxicity Test of Different Fungicides Against the Pathogen of Corn Stalk Rot

Abstract:The study aimed to acquire the high efficiency fungicides of corn stalk rot. The inhibitory activities of 20 fungicides on Pythium inflatum and Fusarium graminearum were tested in the mycelium growth rate method. The propineb, metalaxyl -mancozeb, dimethomorph and fluopicolide had high toxicity to Pythium inflatum and the ECso was 0.40 Ixg/mL, 0.47 p~g/mL, 0.61 I.Lg/mL and 2.64 Ixg/mL, respectively. Fusarium graminearum had high sensitivity to fludioxonil, tebuconazole and carbendazim, and the ECso was 0.06 lxg/mL, 0.32 gLg/mL and 0.85 ~Lg/mL, respectively. However, the inhibitory activity of difenoconazole and myclobutanil to Fusariurn graminearum was lower than the above three fungicides, and the ECs0 was 1.71 pLg/mL and 1.80 ~g/mL. The field experiments can be conducted on the 9 fungicides that had high antimicrobial activity to the tested patho- gens. Furthermore, in order to control the corn stalk rot effectively, the high efficiency mixtures that could elimi- nate the disease would be prepared for single infection or mixed infection of Pythium inflatum and Fusarium gra- minearum.
