| 摘 要： | 为了探索数码显微技术对结构植物学研究的有效性、可行性及优缺点，结合石蜡切片法，采用数码显微技术和测微尺比较研究梯度水分处理的鱼腥草营养器官解剖结构，为进一步拓宽结构植物学的研究手段及数码显微技术在生物学领域的广泛应用提供一定的科学依据。

| Abstract: | In order to explore the effectiveness, feasibility and advantages and disadvantages of the digital micro- scope technology for structural botany, anatomical structurs of vegetative organs of Houttuynia cordata cultivated by moisture gradient were comparatively studied using digital microscopy and micrometer, combined with the par- affin section method, So as provide a scientific basis for the wide application of research methods to further broaden the structural botany and digital microscopy in biology. |
