| 摘 要： | 为研究科技企业孵化器与孵化器内的初创企业间合作共生关系的作用机理及其稳定性条件，通过建立Lotka—Volterra模型，分析孵化器与初创企业合作共生状态存在的条件。研究结果表明：在一定条件下孵化器与在孵初创企业可以演化为合作共生的稳定均衡态；孵化器对在孵初创企业的促进与阻滞作用影响均衡值的大小；孵化器的市场价值可以通过在孵初创企业的市场价值体现。研究结果对于明确孵化器与初创企业关系、提升孵化效率、促进孵化器市场化运作提供了有益的借鉴。

| Abstract: | To research the symbiotic mechanism and stability condition between Business Incubator （BI） and Start - ups in BI, a Lotka - Volterra model of the incubation system was established to analyze the cooperative symbiotic nature. Through the solution, the cooperative symbiotic equilibrium solution was discussed. The study shows that the cooperative symbiotic equilibrium solution exists in incubation system under certain conditions; the difference of promotion and retardation, IE received from BI, affect the equilibrium value ; the market value of BI is closely related to the market value of Start - ups. The researches help to definite the symbiotic relationships between business incubator and start - ups, and promote the incubation efficiency and the marketization of BI. |
