| 摘 要： | 在分析了我国高校教师发展工作的特点与不足后,提出我国的教师发展工作需要进行全面的改革,通过注重岗前培训、改善和丰富教师在职培训的方式与种类和建立地区性教师发展中心及各级教学中心等途径,来帮助教师掌握现代教育理论、教学方法和现代教育技术,增强专业知识和实践能力,提高教学水平和教学效果、效率,提高学术水平和研究能力。
