| 摘 要： | 以金边瑞香茎段为外植体,探讨了不同培养基对愈伤组织诱导、愈伤组织分化的影响。结果表明:1)金边瑞香茎段愈伤组织诱导以培养基MS 2,4-D2.0 mg.L-1 6-BA0.2 mg.L-1效果最佳;2)愈伤组织增殖宜采用培养基MS 2,4-D2.0 mg.L-1,并且增殖培养不宜超过1代;3)愈伤组织分化成苗宜采用培养基1/2MS 6-BA2.0 mg.L-1 NAA0.2 mg.L-1,对愈伤组织进行脱水处理能提高分化率。
