| 摘 要： | 通过论述银行消费者权益法律保护的基本原则，对我国银行消费者权益法律保护提出建议，如立法保护银行消费者隐私权，增强《消费者权益保护法》对银行消费者的保护力度，完善我国银行业不尽合理的格式合同或条款，修改《民事诉讼法》，增设“小额诉讼”制度，同时对《银行卡业务管理办法》的缺陷提出建议等，以期有助于我国银行消费者权益保护法律体系的完善。
