银行消费者权益法律保护浅析

摘    要:通过论述银行消费者权益法律保护的基本原则,对我国银行消费者权益法律保护提出建议,如立法保护银行消费者隐私权,增强《消费者权益保护法》对银行消费者的保护力度,完善我国银行业不尽合理的格式合同或条款,修改《民事诉讼法》,增设“小额诉讼”制度,同时对《银行卡业务管理办法》的缺陷提出建议等,以期有助于我国银行消费者权益保护法律体系的完善。
