教师期待效应理论对新课程的启示

摘    要:教师期待效应又称“皮格马利翁效应”,它从心理学的角度揭示了教育者的期待能够激发受教育者的潜能,并使受教育者获得预期进步的规律。当前的基础教育课程改革迫切要求我们重新认识这一效应的理论价值,从而对课程改革的实施提供一些新的启示。

Abstract:Teachers expect effect is known as "Pygmalion effect".From a psychological point of view,it reveals that the expectation of educator can inspire the potential of the educated,and make expected progress.At present,the curriculum reform of basic education needs us to look forward the teachers expect effect theory and reevaluate of its theoretical value,so as to provide some fresh insights on the implementation of the curriculum reform.
