| 摘 要： | 阜阳市地理位置优越,是国家大型商品粮、棉、油生产基地,是安徽首个粮食总产超百亿斤的市,同时也是皖北重要的门户。因此,研究阜阳的城市竞争力,厘清阜阳市的发展脉络,对促进阜阳的快速发展,加速皖北振兴都有重要的意义。本文根据城市竞争力有关理论,从六个方面选择了19个指标,并通过收集相应数据,利用主成分分析法,构建城市竞争力评价指标体系对城市竞争力进行定量分析并加以评价。通过与皖北地区其他五市的对比,得出目前阜阳市存在经济总量规模不大、产业结构不够合理等问题。并就如何提升阜阳市城市竞争力,提出应进一步发展城市经济、调整和优化产业结构等政策建议。

| Abstract: | The geographical position of Fuyang is superior. It is a large producation base of commodity grain, cotton and oil in Anhui and the first city the total grain production surpassed ten billion grams, it is also an important gateway to the north of Anhui Province. Therefore the analysis of the competitiveness of the city and its development thread contributes to its fast development and also has a great significance to accelerate the revitalization of Northern Anhui. According to the relevant theory of city competitiveness, the paper chooses 19 indexes from six aspects, and by collecting relevant data, using the principal component analysis method, it constructs the urban competitiveness evaluation index system to quantitively analyze and evaluate the urban competitiveness. By the contrast with five other cities of northern Anhui, it draws a conclusion that economy scale of Fuyang city is not large,its industrial structure is not reasonable and so on. It then proposes that further developing urban economy, adjusting and optimizing industrial structure are the ways to enhance the competition ability of Fuyang City. |
