| 摘 要： | 突发事件背景下的信息发布应体现政府应急管理工作中不仅要主动公开、准确发布,而且要及时传播、适时反馈各类信息的功能。因此,从应急信息发布的实践看,发布形式应力求多样;发布内容应于我有利;发布议程应科学规范;发布效果应注重反馈。
