聚氨酯弹性体的合成研究

摘    要:以己二酸(AA),1,4-丁二醇(BDO),乙二醇(EG)分别采用一步法、二步法合成分子量为3000的聚酯PAEB-R和聚酯PAEB-A。再分别与二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、扩链剂1,4-丁二醇(BDO),乙二醇(EG)反应合成固含量30%与粘度为20000的聚氨酯PU-PAEB-R和聚氨酯PU-PAEB-A。FTIR、1H-NMR表明聚氨酯合成存在二次反应,有支链结构-NHCONCOOR-、-NHCONCONH-生成;且PAEB-A与MDI反应程度较高,游离的异氰酸酯基较少。

Abstract:Adopt one step and two step to synthesize polyester polyols PAEB-R and PAEB-A of molecular weight(3000) with adipic acid(AA)、1,4-butanediol(BDO) and ethylene glycol(EG).then add to 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate、1,4-butanediol(BDO) and ethylene glycol(EG) synthesis polyurethane whose viscosity is 20000 mPa.s and solid content is 30 percent.FTIR and HNMR shows that the synthesis of polyurethane exists with secondary reaction,to generate branched-chain structure in the polyurethane structure.PAEB-A and 4,4’-diphenylmethane diisocyanate reacts higher than PAEB-R and MDI.So,-NCO group of dissociation in PU-PAEB-A is less than PU-PAEB-R.
