不同运动强度对大鼠肾小管钠离子依赖性枸橼酸转运蛋白基因表达作用的研究

摘    要:观察分析在不同的运动强度诱导的"运动性酸中毒"环境中,大鼠肾小管上皮细胞刷状缘侧膜钠离子依赖性枸橼酸转运蛋白mRNA表达量的变化.结果表明:不同运动强度对枸橼酸转蛋白mRNA表达量的作用不一.A组运动强度较小,血乳酸的水平相对于对照组无显著性升高(P>0.05),转运蛋白mRNA表达量也无显著性差异(P>0.05).B组和C组运动强度较大,血乳酸水平相对于对照组显著性升高(P>0.05),转运蛋白mRNA表达量也呈现明显增加(P<0.05).C组较B组血乳酸水平显著性升高(P<0.05),但两组转运蛋白mRNA表达量却无显著性差异(P>0.05),提示可能存在酸碱度变化对转运蛋白mRNA表达量影响作用的阈值.

Abstract:This research is designed to study whether metabolic acidosis induced by different exercise intensities affect the expression of brush border Na /citrate cotransporter in rat renal tubular. The experiment results indicate that different exercise intensities result in different effects on the abundance of brush border Na /citrate cotransporter mRNA in renal tubular. Exercise intensity is low in Group A. There is no significant difference in BLa level between Group A and the control group. Cotransporter mRNA abundance doesn't increase significantly in Group A compared with the control group ( P >0.05). Exercise in Group B and C is high and the BLa level increases significantly compared with the control group. The abundance of cotransporter mRNA increases significantly in Group B and C than in the control group ( P <0.01). The BLa level in Group C is significantly higher than in Group B. But there is no significant difference in the abundance of cotransporter mRNA between Group B and C( P >0.05). It suggests that a threshold of acidity to affect the abundance of cotransporter mRNA may exist.
