| 摘 要： | 科技成果管理是一项受多种因素影响和制约的复杂工程。本文对我校近年来在科技成果管理方面所取得的成绩,从科技管理体制、方式、手段等方面进行简要扼述,并对新形势下如何进一步做好科技成果管理工作从奖励体制、信息平台建设、成果转化、队伍建设等方面提出相关建议。

| Abstract: | Management of scientific and technological achievements is a complex engineering controlled and restricted by many factors. This paper summarizes the performance of management of scientific and technological achievements obtained in recent years from the aspect of its system, mode, and means, and puts forward some suggestions of improving the management of scientific and technological achievements in the new stages from the aspect of rewarding system, information platform construction, conversion of scientific and technological achievements, and group construction. |
