| Abstract: | Web 2.0 emphasizes opening,sharing,participation,creation and customer-focused.it has provided a new element,a new methods and a new channelto the communication.As a representative of Web2.0,the blog is changing the world around us.The paper analyzed the characteristics of blog,intro-duced it into digital reference service to build a system base on the blog,and described the blog community self-learning process and recommendation process. |
