| 摘 要： | 反腐败必须坚持“标本兼治”的原则 ,做到教育、防范、查处三位一体 ,才能有效地遏制腐败。可是少数地区和部门只重视惩治 ,而忽略了预防 ,使得反腐倡廉工作难以取得更大进展。应注重教育 ,尤其是心育在反腐败斗争中的预防作用。

| Abstract: | The anti-corruption campaign should adhere to the principle of "looking into both its root cause and symptoms",merging education,prevention and prosecution into organic whole.But a number of departments and districts attach importance to punishment,while neglect prevention,thereby making it difficult to achieve a lot in the work of against-corruption and for-probity.So it is imperative to lay stress on the function of education,especially of psychological education in the anti-corruption campaign. |
