| Abstract: | By applying the enterprise competence theory, the article analyzes the characters, connotation and affirmance of core competence of university. Furthermore, emphatically it goes on to analyze how to foster the core competence of university from the following several points: the motivation and restriction on university president, the strategic orientation,the enterprise culture and ideal of management,and brand construction. |
