| 摘 要： | 以四川省运动技术学院为研究基点,通过透视该院办学条件、办学水平、办学模式以及优秀运动员的就学情况,分析四川省优秀运动员文化教育工作现状及其存在的问题,研究在(退)役运动员文化素质状况及其补救方向,为政府及体育主管部门制定扶持在(退)役运动员通过文化教育途径实现退役人员分流的相关政策提供参考。 |

| Abstract: | Taking Sichuan Institute of Sports Technology as studying object and through analysis on its running statements, it made analysis on some issues of elite players' cultural education, research their cultural quality and compensation for them in reference to relevant policies about employment of retiring players through cultural education. |
