| 摘 要： | 技术竞争情报已经成为企业和机构决策的必备要素。本文将技术竞争情报的发展与演变分为四个阶段，分析了各个阶段技术竞争情报的表现形式和特点，揭示了技术竞争情报内涵的演变。结合企业和机构的竞争战略，指出了技术竞争情报不再仅仅只是满足企业竞争和发展的需要，而是快速延伸到了宏观科技管理、公共管理、产业政策研究等领域。技术竞争情报的研究内容包含了技术竞争情报和技术竞争情报系统基础理论研究，技术竞争方法研究。最后，论述了技术竞争情报的应用。

| Abstract: | CTI now is the decisive factor for the decision making of the corporations and others organizations. The author divides the evolution of CTI into four stages and describes the characters and forms of the four stages and revealed the development of connotation of the CTI. According to the organization’s strategy, author point out that CTI now is not mere suited to the need of enterprise competitive and development, it has been applied for the S&;T management, public management, and industry policy research. The CTI should include the theory research on the competitive technical intelligence and CTI system, method and tools of the CTI. Then author summarize the application of CTI. |
