| Abstract: | Inspiritment function can be viewed from two aspects which are content inspiritment theory and process inspiriment theory.Inspiritment theory will be used in library administration of a university to validate the different effects of material inspiritment, spiritual inspiritment, rewards and punishment inspiritment, goal inspiritment and competition inspiritment in management practices. We will adopt different inspiritments for different levels contributing to realize the expectation aim and to achieve the goal of library administration by systematically establishing evaluate standard of inspiritment. |
