| 摘 要： | 正面双手垫球技术是排球运动中的基本技术之一，是防守的基础，在排球比赛中占有重要的地位，它直接影响着学生对排球的兴趣和排球健身的发展。掌握这一技术也就成为学生学习排球的首要问题。章从正面双手垫球在实际教学中易犯的错误人手，并提出了几点相应的纠正措施。

It influences the interests of students and the development of physical training. So,how to grasp this skill become a very important problem in volleyball study. The text starts with some easy made mistakes in the teaching course of frontal volleyball hitting,and also presents some relevant measures to correct them. |
