| 摘 要： | 动态能力可以划分为顺序依赖的三个维度：搜寻识别、筛选评估和转化整合，分别对应能力演化的变异-选择-保留阶段，前一阶段对后一阶段的能力存在正向影响。网络成员之间的高互动频率与搜寻识别、转化整合正相关，信任在其中起到完全中介作用，网络关系稳定性对动态能力的影响不显著。研究构建并验证基于知识的动态能力演化模型，发现动态能力的网络化成长机制，也为实践者提供培育动态能力的新思路。

| Abstract: | Dynamic capability takes three forms namely searching and identifying,selecting and evaluating,transforming and integrating,which correspond with different stages of its evolvement cycle and the former dimension has positive influence over the latter one.Higher interaction frequency with network partners is positively correlated with searching and integrating capability,and the effect is completely mediated by trust.Relation stability has no significant influence over them.This paper espouses and testifies the theoretical framework of dynamic capability from knowledge perspective.The networking growth mechanism of dynamic capability is explored and relevant policy suggestions are given to the practitioners. |
