| 摘 要： | 当今的高职女生群体庞大,在成人成才与发展的道路上面临较多困难与障碍。高职女生家庭收入普遍较低,她们的学习兴趣参差不齐,这一群体具有四个特点,有五大问题困扰着她们。高职院校往往是"无性别"教育,高职女性教育及其研究普遍薄弱。高职女性教育应增强针对性,创建良好的教育机制,应加强高职女性教育研究与成果的应用。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,the huge group of female students in vocational colleges is faced with many difficulties and obstacles in their growth and development.Female students are,in general,from low-income families and their learning interest differs.they have four characteristics and are faced with five major problems:vocational colleges tend to offer education regardless of gender differences;female education and research in vocational college are generally weak;the pertinence of female education in vocational colleges should be enhanced;good educational mechanism should be created and female education research in vocational colleges and the application of its achievements should be strengthened. |
