| 摘 要： | 高职院校作为高等学校的重要组成部分，与普通高等学校有着明显的区别。其中由于招生层次、学生来源等因素的影响，在管理方面与普通高校有着显著差异。通过对包头地区几所高职院校的调查了解，分析高职院校在消防档案管理工作中存在的问题及原因，进而提出改进高职院校消防档案管理工作的对策及措施，改变目前消防档案管理工作的落后局面。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational colleges, as the main part of higher education, are different from common higher colleges in management owing to the enrollment levels and the source of the students. The article analyzes some problems and reasons existing in the management of fire fighting archives and puts forward some measures to improve it. |
