| 摘 要： | 新增硕士学位授予单位特指在第九次和第十次学位授权审核中新增为硕士学位授予单位的地方普通本科院校,这些院校的研究生教育顺应了高等教育大众化发展趋势,但规模较小、基础薄弱、经验缺乏、质量不高。为此,应牢固树立质量意识,切实改善培养条件,努力提高生源质量,深化课程教学改革,加强导师队伍建设,严格学位论文管理。

| Abstract: | The Units Newly Authorized to Grant Master＇s Degree refer to the local four-year colleges and universities authorized to grant Master＇s Degree in the 9th and 10th Degree-granting Examination and Verification by Chinese Ministry of Education.While the post-graduate education in these schools complies with the popularization of higher education,it has to improve a lot before it can be called qualified.The problems include the small scale,the frail foundation,the poverty in experience and the low quality.Some measures are proposed in this article. |
