| Abstract: | In the new situation,if one wants to raise the effect of his work as a class teacher,he should do the followings:control the size of class,pay attention to the education of the flowing and rear children,stengthern the communicsation with children's guardians,coordinate the relation with teachers,lay importance on students' all-round development,pay atention to the establishment of a new type class,and guide students to treat the network properly. |
