| 摘 要： | "年初二问题"是民国中期大小商人与工人特别是大多数店员围绕解雇权而展开的一次斗争.依据这一事件发生的起因,以及事件发生后工人、商会、政府等的应对策略,从工商纠纷的视角研究当时工人政治参与的限度,可以更好地理解和诠释这一事件及其历史意义.

| Abstract: | "The issue of the second day of the new year" refers to the struggle between businesspeople and their employees,particularly shop assistants,centering round the right to dismiss employees,in the middle period of the Republic of China.A study of the limits of workers' political participation during the time from origin of the incident to the post-incident coping strategies of the workers,the Chamber of Commerce and the government can lead to a better understanding of the incident and its historical significance from the perspective of industrial and commercial disputes. |
