| 摘 要： | 魏晋时期受诸多因素影响,各地流亡人口不同程度地存在,地处西域的鄯善国也不例外。从新疆出土佉卢文书反映的内容看,鄯善国流亡人口分为两大类:鄯善国内部的流亡人口和来自其他城邦国家的流亡人口,鄯善国对不同类型流亡人口的安置政策各不相同。鄯善国的流民安置政策,为西域农业发展提供了一定数量的劳动力,客观上或多或少地促进了绿洲国家农业的繁荣。

| Abstract: | Refugees existed to different degrees in Wei and Jin Dynasties,influenced by many factors,and Shanshan state in Xiyu was no exception.According to Kharosthi documents,refugees of Shanshan state can be divided into two categories:refugees within the state and refugees from other city-states.The state has different resettlement policies for different kinds of refugees.The Shanshan's resettlement policies for refugees provided a certain number of work forces for the agricultural development in Xiyu and more or less promoted the prosperity of agriculture in oasis states. |
