摘    要:名牌是企业重要的无形资产,也是一个国家经济实力和竞争力强弱的标志,保护和发展名牌在一国经济发展中越来越有着重要的作用.改革开放以来,我们积极利用外资,促进了我国经济快速发展.然而,我们的许多民族名牌在合资中不但没有走向国际市场,反而大量丧失或消失了,损失巨大.因此,我们必须正确处理利用外资与保护、发展我国名牌的关系,在微观和宏观方面对我国名牌加以保护,使其立足国内,走向世界.
